- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We visit Crystal River, Florida every year to kayak the fresh water springs, hike to limestone caves, snorkel with the manatees, collect salt water specimens for observations at night, hike in the pine forest to observe wolf spiders, lightning beetles, and visit the Homosassa Wildlife Center.
